摘要
本文以纳米金刚石材料为固载基底材料,对辣根过氧化物酶进行了固定化实验,并将其用于甲基橙溶液进行降解脱色处理。结果表明,纳米金刚石对HRP固载效果良好,饱和固载量接近100mg·g^(-1)。同等条件下,固载酶、游离酶对15mg·L^(-1)甲基橙降解效率分别为38.6%,51.9%。增大固载酶用量后,能够实现100%降解。
In this paper, horseradish peroxidase immobilized on nano diamond was utilized to degrade methyl orange solution. The experiment results showed that nano diamond have good ability on enzyme immobilization and the saturation load is close to 100mg·g^-1. The degradation efficiency to 15mg·L^-1 methyl orange were 38.6% and 51.9% respectively when free enzyme or immobilized enzyme was used.If enzyme consumption increased, methyl Orange solution can be degraded thoroughly.
