呼伦贝尔-塔木察格混合原油粘温特性及模型研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对苏嵯输油管道混合输送呼伦贝尔和塔木察格原油的运行工况,采用流变测试方法对呼伦贝尔和塔木察格不同比例混合原油的粘温特性进行测试,结果表明,混合原油的粘温特性位于两种原油之间,随掺混塔木察格原油比例增大,混合粘度的粘度增加,对应混合原油的反常点也随着升高。以幂律模型作为混合原油非牛顿流体特性的流变方程,根据试验数据得到不同比例混合原油的流变方程。在此基础上,根据测试的粘温数据对5种混合原油粘度模型进行验证,从中优选出精度最高的计算模型——Kendall-Monroe模型,作为呼伦贝尔-塔木察格混合原油粘度的计算模型。 According to the operation condition of suecuo oil pipeline and Hu]un Buir Tamtsag mixed trans-portation of crude oil, the rheological test method of viscosity temperature characteristics of different proportion of lattice mixed crude oil of Hulun Buir and Tamtsag was tested, the results show that the viscosity temperature char- acteristics of mixed crude oil in two kinds of crude oil, mixed with the Tamtsag oil ratio increased the viscosity of the mixed, the viscosity increases, the corresponding abnormal point of mixed crude oil increased. Using Power Law Model as the rheological equation of non Newtonian fluid properties of mixed crude oil, the rheological equa- tions of different proportion of mixed crude oil were obtained according to the experimental data. On this basis, according to the verification of the 5 kinds of mixed crude oil viscosity model of viscosity temperature test data, from the selected calculation model Kendall-Monroe model with the highest precision, as the calculation model of Hu-lun Buir Tamtsag mixed crude oil viscosity.
