摘要
针对硝化甘油废酸中存在游离硝化甘油的问题,本文采用比色法对检测硝化甘油的方法条件做了分析研究。废酸用三氯甲烷萃取后在浓H2SO4的条件下与Fe(NH4)2(SO4)2作用,生成暗棕色的亚硝基硫酸亚铁络合物,通过与标准溶液生成物颜色对比进而判定其含量,方法回收率在90.9%~92.2%之间,相对标准偏差(n=6)在2.4%-3.4%之间,测定结果能够满足对废酸进一步分析的要求。
The test method and conditions for nitroglycerine was analyzed by eolorimetric method aiming the problem of nitroglycerin in nitroglycerin waste acid. The waste acid was extracted by chloroform, and dark brown Nitroso ferrous sulfate complex was obtained by reacting with Fe(NH4)2(SO4)2 under the condition of concentrated H2SO4. The content was determined by contracted with the color of standard solution resultant. The recovery is 90.9%-92.2%. The relative standard deviation (n=6) is 2.4%-3.4%. The test results meet the the demand of further analysis for waste acid.
