城镇化进程中物业纠纷多元化解长效机制研究--以浙江省舟山市定海区临城街道田螺峙社区为例

On the Long-term Mechanism of the Property Disputes' Multivariate Resolution in the Urbanization Process--A Case of Tianluozhi Community of Lincheng Street in Dinghai of Zhoushan

城镇化建设进程不断加快,使得众多城郊社区如雨后春笋般在城市周边产生。囿于多方面原因,物业纠纷时有发生,扰乱了居民的正常生活秩序,是社会稳定和谐的重大隐患,已成为当前社会亟待解决的现实难题。本文以城郊社区--舟山市定海区临城街道田螺峙社区为例,剖析了当前物业纠纷产生的原因,并提出了构建物业纠纷多元化解机制的路径选择。

Urbanization process continues to accelerate, make many suburban communities have mushroomed in the surrounding cities. Constrained by many factors, property disputes occur occasionally, thus disrupting the normal order of life of the residents, is great hidden danger to the social stability and harmony, has become the realistic problem to be solved in current society. This paper takes the Suburb Community -- Tianluozhi community of Lincheng Street in Dinghai of Zhoushan as an example, analyzes the causes of the current property disputes arising, and carries out the path selection of the construction of the long-term mechanism of the property disputes＇ multivariate resolution.
