摘要
在云计算、大数据、算法理论以及相关技术的推动下,人工智能再次迎来一波新的发展浪潮。随着技术潜能的逐步释放,国际上相关企业积极抓住发展机遇获取红利,发达国家也纷纷加快人工智能技术创新与战略布局。我国在政策和产业环境等方面已经具备了良好的发展基础,《"互联网+"人工智能三年行动实施方案》的发布,为我国人工智能的发展指明了方向。
Artificial intelligence has advanced in a new wave again pushed by cloud computing, big data,algorithmic theories and related technologies. Related international enterprises were harvesting actively the bonus in the release chance of the technology potential, and advanced countries were quickening their technology innovation and strategic layout in artificial intelligence area. China also has a good base of artificial intelligence policies and industry, the release of three-year action plan of Internet plus artificial intelligence pointed out the direction of artificial intelligence development.
