健康教育对职业性哮喘病情控制的影响

摘要 目的探讨健康教育对职业性哮喘的影响。方法选取2011年5月-2015年5月佛山市顺德区龙江医院呼吸专科门诊接诊的120例从事家具制造业的哮喘患者为研究对象,随机分成教育组68例和对照组52例。对照组均按照病情常规吸入丙酸氟替卡松、万托林气雾剂、口服顺尔宁及茶碱缓释片等常规治疗,教育组在此基础上进行健康教育,定期随访,指导正确使用皮质激素。结果教育组哮喘控制良好率为94.1%,与对照组的82.7%相比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。教育组小剂量茶碱缓释片、β2受体激动剂和顺尔宁等药物使用情况显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访1年中,教育组复发率为5.9%,与对照组的46.2%相比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康教育能提高职业性哮喘患者的临床治愈率,减少复发,预防发作,有助于提高疗效。 Objective To explore the effect of health education on occupational asthma. Methods 120 outpatients with asthma in department of respiration of our hospital from May 2011-May 2015 who work in furniture manufacturing industry were selected as study subjects. They were randomly divided into the education group 68 cases and the control group 52 cases. Patients in the control group were treated with fluticasone propionate, Ventolin aerosol, montelukast and Theophylline Sustained-release Tablets,and patients in the education group were given health education, regular follow-up and the guidance for the correct use of corticosteroids on the basis of the treatment of the control group. Results The asthma control rate in the education group was 94.1%, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05), compared with 82.7% in the control group. The use of drugs in the education group was significantly better than that in the control group(P〈0.05) During one year of follow-up, the recurrence rate was 5.9% in the education group, and the difference was statistically significant( P〈0.05), compared with 46.2% in the control group. Conclusion Health education can improve the clinical cure rate of the occupational asthma patients, reduce the recurrence, prevent the attack and improve the curative effect.
