肠造口周围皮肤常见问题护理进展

肠造口周围皮肤问题是一种临床常见的造口并发症,肠造口周围皮肤问题临床发病率可达18%-60%,严重影响了患者的生活质量,加重了患者的心理负担,因此积极、有效、合理的临床护理尤为重要。引起造口周围皮肤问题的原因包括化学损伤、机械性刺激、免疫反应以及多种皮肤病。肠造口患者的年龄、体质、基础病、造口定位、造口类型、术后健康教育等都是引起周围皮肤问题的常见危险因素。本文就当前肠造口患者的造口周围皮肤常见并发症的护理进展进行综述,为临床护理提供依据,以期降低肠造口周围皮肤问题的发生,提高患者的生活质量。

The surrounding skin problem after colostomy is one of clinical common colostomy complications.The clinical morbidity can reach 18% ~60%, which seriously affect the quality of life of patients and increase the patient’s psychological burden. Common causes of colostomy surrounding skin problems include chemical damage, mechanical stimuli, immune response, and a variety of skin diseases. The patients’ age,physical condition, basis of disease, position of colostomy, types of colostomy, postoperative health education are the risk factors. In this paper, the current common complications of colostomy patients after colostomy and surrounding skin nursing progress were reviewed, in order to reduce the surrounding skin problems after colostomy and improve the quality of life of the patients.
