2012-2015年天津市河西区急性弛缓性麻痹监测情况

Acute Flaccid Paralysis Surveillance in Tianjin, Hexi district from 2012 to 2015

目的了解天津市河西区实现无脊髓灰质炎(脊灰)目标证实后急性弛缓性麻痹(AFP)病例的流行病学特征及监测系统的运转情况,促进维持无脊灰状态工作。方法对天津市河西区2012-2015年建立AFP监测系统以来所有急性弛缓性麻痹报告病例进行流行病学分析。结果 2012-2015年河西区共报告急性弛缓性麻痹210例,最终诊断为AFP196例,其中1例为脊髓灰质炎病毒(VDPV)病例.采集便标本204份,检出1例VDPV,分离到非脊灰肠道病毒(NPEV)3株。结论河西区AFP监测的各项指标均达到国家卫计委监测方案要求,监测系统运转良好。但天津市外来人口较多,今后仍需要从加强流动儿童管理,关注风险地区和高危人群的发病情况等几方面提高AFP监测系统的敏感性。

Objective To achieve the functioning of the Hexi District, Tianjin epidemiological characteristics of the target after polio confirmed acute flaccid paralysis（AFP） cases and monitoring systems, and promote the work of maintaining the polio-free status.Methods The epidemiological analysis was conducted on all acute flaccid paralysis reports since to build the AFP surveillance system in Hexi District from2012 to2015. Results A total of 210 cases of AFP were reported in Hexi District from 2012 to2015. A total of 196 cases of AFP were diagnosed, including 1 case was VDPV. Of all 204 stool specimens,there were 1 case of VDPV and 3strains of non polio enterovirus（NPEV）. Conclusion The indicators of AFP monitoring in Hexi District meet the requirements of the national monitoring program of the National Health and Family Planning Commission of the People’s Republic of China, and the monitoring system worked well.However, there are still many migrants in Tianjin. In the future, it is necessary to improve the sensitivity of AFP monitoring system from several aspects, such as strengthening the management of migrant children,paying attention to the incidence of risk areas and high risk groups.
