摘要
目的探讨对饮用水中氰化物进行有效测定的方法,确保我国居民饮用水的安全。方法本文采用仪器SEALAA3型连续流动分析仪,配自动进样器、在线蒸馏装置、多管道蠕动泵、氰化物反应模块、比色计、630滤光片、冷循环仪等实施饮用水中氰化物测定,并用氰化物的有证样品验证其准确性。其后,运用检出限及线性范围,通过仪器测得响应值与氰化物浓度绘制标准曲线。结果实验结果表明,在2-50μg/L线性区间内该方法具有较高的精密度和准确度,其最低检出限为0.4μg/L,远低于国标0.002 mg/L的检出限。结论该法与传统异烟酸-吡唑酮分光光度法相比,具有在线蒸馏、自动进样、分析速率快等优点,适用于大批量常规水样分析。
Objective In order to measure the cyanide in drinking water and ensure the safety of drinking water. Methods This paper uses SEALAA3 continuous flow analyzer, automatic sampler, on-line distillation device, multi-pipeline peristaltic pump, cyanide reaction module, colorimeter, 630 Filter, cold cycle instrument and other equipment to accomplish this measure, then this paper uses cyanide samples to verify the accuracy of test results.After that, the detection limit and linear range were used, and the standard curve was plotted by measuring the response value and the cyanide concentration. Results The experimental results show that the method has high precision and accuracy in the linear range of 2-50 μg/L, and the detection limit is 0.4 μg/L, which is much lower than the detection limit of 0.002 mg/L. Conclusion Compared with the traditional isonicotinic acid-pyrazolone spectrophotometry, this method has the advantages of online distillation, automatic injection, fast analysis speed and so on. It is suitable for high-volume routine water sample analysis.
