胃癌患者胸苷磷酸化酶的表达与以氟尿嘧啶类药物为基础化疗方案的敏感性:系统评价与Meta分析

The relationship between the expression of thymidine phosphorylase in patients with gastric cancer and the sensitivity to fluoruoral based chemotherapy:a systematic review and Meta analysis

[目的]评价胃癌患者胸苷磷酸化酶(TP)的表达与以氟尿嘧啶类药物为基础化疗方案的敏感性的关系。[方法]采用Cochrane系统评价方法,通过检索CNKI、Wanfangdata、PubMed、Springerlink、Cochrane library等数据库,收集国内外公开发表的所有相关病例对照研究。应用Stata 12.0软件进行Meta分析。[结果]共纳入10篇文献包含TP与临床胃癌化疗敏感性相关,且一线化疗方案以氟尿嘧啶类药物为主的病例对照研究,累计TP阳性表达病例共289例,累计TP阴性表达共21 2例。结果显示10篇文献具有同质性,χ~2=7.84,P=0.550,I^2=0%,TP表达阳性的患者与TP表达阴性的患者对以氟尿嘧啶类为基础的化疗方案敏感性差异有统计学意义,OR=2.531,95%CI(1.702~3.762),[结论]TP表达阳性的胃癌患者对以氟尿嘧啶类为基础的化疗方案有较为明显的敏感性。

[Objective]To evaluate the relationship between the expression of thymidine phosphorylase （TP）in patients with gastric cancer and the sensitivity to fluoruoral based chemotherapy. ~Methods^The published papers on CNKI, Wanfangdata, PubMed, Springerlink, Cochrane library were searched by Co- chrane systematic evaluation. The relevant case-control trails were identified by appropriated inclusive and exclusive standards. The quality of included studies was assessed. Stata 12.0 was used for statistical analy- sis. [Results]There were ten case-control trails met the inclusion criteria for meta-analysis,which include TP-postive expression in 289 cases and TP-negative expression in 212 cases. Meta analysis showed that these studies had homogeneity in statistics（x2= 7.84, P= 0. 550,I2= 0%）. There was a significant differ- ence in sensitivity of fluoruoral based chemotherapy between patients with TP positive expression group and TP negative expression group （OR = 2.531;95% CI 1. 702-3. 762）. [Conclusion]TP positive expression patients have a higher sensitivity to fluoruoral based chemotherapy than TP negative expression group.
