The expression of MACC1and c-Met in colorectal cancer and their relationship with liver metastasis

摘要 [目的]研究MACC1蛋白与c-Met蛋白在大肠癌组织中表达的意义。[方法]采用Western-Blot方法检测大肠癌组织(包括28例无肝转移和12例已发生肝转移的大肠癌组织)、癌旁正常大肠组织中MACC1与c-Met蛋白的半定量表达水平。[结果]MACC1与c-Met蛋白在大肠癌组织中的相对灰度值显著高于癌旁正常大肠组织(P<0.05);大肠癌肝转移者中2种蛋白的相对灰度值均高于大肠癌无肝转移者(P<0.01);MACC1与c-Met蛋白在大肠癌组织中的表达呈正相关性(r=0.713,P<0.01)。[结论]MACC1与c-Met参与了大肠癌的发生、发展并在其肝转移中起着重要的作用。 [Objective]To study the expression of MACC1 and c-Met protein in colorectal cancer. [Methods]Western-Blot was used to check the semi-quantitative expression level of MACC1 and c-Met protein in colorectal cancer(including 28 colorectal cancer cases without liver metastases and 12 cases with liver me- tastases)and in normal colon tissues. [Results]Western blot results showed that the MACC1 and c-Met rel- ative grey value of protein in colorectal cancer tissue was significantly higher than in normal colon tissue adjacent to carcinoma(P〈0.05). Two kinds of protein in colorectal liver metastases group relative gray scale values were higher than in colorectal cancer without liver metastases group(P〈0.01). There was a positive correlation between MACC1 and c-Met protein in colorectal cancer(r=0. 713,P〈0.01). [Conclusion]The expression of MACC1 and c-Met in colon carcinoma may play a great role in the occurrence,development and its hepatic metastasis.
