摘要
针对16V265H型柴油机整体铸造机体主轴承螺栓孔加工时存在的工件毛坯硬度大、形位公差和精度要求高等问题,采用一系列改进办法,保证了该孔的高质量加工,提高了生产效率。
Aiming at the existing problems of high hardness of workblank,high requirements of geometric tolerance and accuracy during the machining of the main bearing bolt holes in 16V265 H diesel engine integral cast engine block, a series of improvement measures are adopted,which ensures the high quality processing of the hole and improves production efficiency.
