激光切割集装箱液袋阀门孔装置的设计研究 被引量:2

摘要 为改进集装箱液袋的生产工艺且提高工作效率,本文采用激光切割工艺,对集装箱液袋阀门孔的切割进行研究,建立了切割装置的三维模型,给出了激光切割与废料搜集装置的工作原理。激光器工作时,不能与阀门安装机械手产生位置干涉,采用线性模组带动激光器在支架上前后移动,以实现切割和让位功能。同时,为了验证装置的可靠性,在Proe中进行三维建模,并采用Workbench对激光器支架进行了有限元分析。分析结果表明,采用激光切割的方式是可行的,而且激光器支架的变形量为0.62mm,经换算,相对于水平方向的偏角为0.17°,小于1°,可以满足激光器工作状态的需求。该研究为企业改进集装箱液袋的生产工艺提供了理论依据。 To improve the liquid container bag’s production process and improve work efficiency, by adoptiong the laser cutting technic, a study of the cutting of the fluid bag’s valve hole is made. The cutting device’s 3D model is established, and the working principle of laser cutting and the collecting device of the waste are intro-duced. When the laser is working, it can^ interference with the valve installation manipulator, and linear mod-ule is adopted, which drives the laser moved back and forth in order to realize the cutting process and avoid in-terference. At the same time, in order to verify the reliability of devices, 3D model is set up in Proe, and Workbench is used to analysis the bracket of laser. The experimental results show that the laser cutting way is feasible, and laser bracket deformation is 0. 62 mm, relative to 0 .1 7 ° at the horizontal direction , less than 1°, which satisfies the demand of laser working requirements. For the enterprise, the research provides a basis to improve the production technology of liquid container bags.
