摘要
以木质素和白泥为原料,在球磨机上以一定的转速并按照一定的配比混合湿法球磨制备了木质素-白泥(lignin-lime mud)复合物,并将其用于丁腈橡胶(NBR)中,通过共混制备了木质素-白泥(lignin-lime mud/NBR)丁腈橡胶复合材料。考察了木质素-白泥(lignin-lime mud)复合物配比对丁腈橡胶复合材料力学性能的影响。在确定m(木质素)∶m(白泥)=1∶2后,研究了不同填料份数对丁腈橡胶复合材料力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:当m(木质素)∶m(白泥)=1∶2时,填料用量为120份时,丁腈橡胶的力学性能较佳,其拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、300%定伸应力分别达到11.1 MPa、1 403.6%、3.00 MPa。SEM实验结果表明,木质素-白泥复合物与橡胶之间有较好的相容性。
The lignin-lime mud/NBR composites were prepared by mechanical blending of NBR with lignin-lime mud complex, a mixture obtained from lignin and lime mud prepared by ball-milling. The study of the ratio of lignin to lime mud, the different loadings of lignin-lime mud on the mechanical properties of the rubber composites were examined. The experimental results indicated that the comprehensive performance was obtained at lignin to lime mud ratio of 1 to 2 and lignin-lime mud loading of 120 phr; the tensile strength, the elongation at break and the 300% modulus of rubber composites were 11.1 MPa, 1 403.6% and 3.00 MPa, respectively. And the result of SEM indicated that lignin-lime mud complex had good compatibility with NBR.
