权力的文化网络视角下的新乡贤返乡困境及对策——基于H省G村的调查和实验

PREDICAMENTS AND COUNTERMEASURES OF NEW COUNTRY SQUIRES REFLUXING FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF THE CULTURAL NEXUS OF POWER:BASED ON THE INVESTIGATION AND EXPERIMENT OF G VILLAGE, H PROVINCE

借用杜赞奇权力的文化网络理论视角,结合H省G村的调查和实验,分析和解释新乡贤返乡过程中面临的困境。文章认为,社会背景影响及新乡贤返乡引发的乡村文化网络中,旧象征符号的弱化及异化,新象征符号的产生及扩张,造成了权力失衡的状况,即:乡村文化网络权威多元化、权力博弈以及原子化乡村受权威影响的不确定性。文章借用G村的乡村建设实验提出了文化、政治、经济三方面的对策:"再解释"文化象征符号、"合法化"新乡贤身份、培养集体经济主体。以期为新乡贤融入乡村建设,重塑乡村文化网络提供建议。

From the perspective of the cultural nexus of power by Duara and based on the investigation and experiment of G Village in H Province, this article tries to analyze and explain the predicaments faced by new country squires during their refluxing. It argues that in the rural cultural nexus of power influenced by the changing social background and new country squires refluxing, the weakening and alienation of old symbols, together with the emergence and expansion of new symbols, lead to the imbalance of power, including authority pluralism, power game, and the uncertain influence of authority on atomized village in rural cultural nexus. Based on the rural reconstruction experiment of G Village, it puts forward countermeasures from the aspects of culture, politics, and economy, including reinterpreting cultural symbols, legalizing new country squires＇ identity, and cultivating the village collective economic entity. It is aiming to provide suggestions for new country squires to integrate into rural reconstruction and rebuild rural cultural nexus.
