摘要
针对胜利煤矿55煤层左十五片采煤工作面极薄煤层不稳定伪顶开采条件下,根据聚能爆破定向断裂原理,提出采用托伪顶炮采聚能爆破定向断裂控顶技术控制工作面顶板的稳定性,阐述了该技术控制顶板稳定性的原理及岩层断裂形式,并结合工作面现场实际介绍了聚能爆破的工艺流程及如何确定爆破参数。工业试验表明该技术的采用经济技术效果有明显的提高,可在类似采煤工作面推广使用。
In view of the very thin coal seam mining under the condition of unstable false roof,traditional supporting false guns taken easily induced roof accident. In this paper,based on the analysis of false mining roof stability-using directional fracture blasting theory,false guns taken together was first proposed using directional breaking controll mechanism,combined with actual fracture form and process parameters. Industrial test of this technique showed good economic and technical effects,it can be used widely in similar working faces.
