摘要
论述了采用熔融氯化法处理难处理金矿的研究,该方法发展自氯化法,又融合了造锍熔炼技术,能彻底打开硫化物甚至脉石对微细粒嵌布金的包裹。本文分别探究了熔融氯化温度、氯化时间、氯化剂种类及添加量对氯化挥发效果的影响。结果表明,在温度为1250℃、氯化时间为2 h、采用Ca Cl2作氯化剂、添加量为8%时,金的挥发率能达到99.64%,渣含金可降至0.16 g/t,其它金属也有很高的挥发率。
This paper discusses the processing of refractory gold ores by molten chlorination. This method stems from the chlorination process,and combines with matte smelting technology,which can completely make the microgranular disseminated gold exposed from sulfide and gangue. The effects of melting temperature,chlorinated time,type and amount of chlorinating agent on volatile ratio of gold is explored. The experimental results demonstrate that the volatile ratio of gold reaches 99. 64% when refractory gold ores roasted with 8% Ca Cl2 at 1250 ℃ for 2 hours.The gold content in residual slag dropped to 0. 16 g / t. At the same time,other metals also have high volatile ratio.
