高铁铝土矿制备石油压裂支撑剂的造粒工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 重点研究云南特有高铁铝土矿制备石油压裂支撑剂的造粒工艺。通过对造粒过程中水分、时间、圆盘转速和膨润土添加量各参数的有效控制,获得最佳成球率及最低破碎率的各参数指标为:水分含量控制为总量的12%,造球时间为8 h,圆盘转速为40 r/min,原料粒度d97=0.038 mm,膨润土添加量3%。此研究为高铁铝土矿制备石油压裂支撑剂提供了有力的技术支撑。 The pelletizing of oil fracturing proppant was studied in this paper when monohydrallite with high iron content was used as raw materials. The best process conditions characterized by high pelletizing ratio and low breakage ratio were obtained by controlling process parameters such as water content,time,rotary speeds of disc,dosage of bentonite clay and so on. It was found that the best process conditions were shown as follows: water content 12%,pelletizing time 8 h,rotary speeds of disc 40 r / min,dosage of bentonite clay 3%,and particles size of raw materials with d97= 0. 038 mm. This study provides technical support for the preparation of oil fracturing proppant using monohydrallite with high iron content.
