摘要
气固混合装置是气力输送系统均匀混合的重要部分。通过建立其气固两相流数值模型,采用Fluent软件对其进行内部流场模拟。通过模拟揭示气固混合装置内部的气固流动状态,并对发现的漩涡回流现象提出改进措施。对不同角度渐近管及进料角度模拟对比分析,完成气固混合装置的结构优化。结果表明,30°渐近管、60°进料角度的气固混合装置拥有优异的输送特性,并将此结构尺寸作为优化结构参数。
Gas solid mixing device is an important part of uniform mixing in pneumatic conveying system. A gas solid two-phase flow numerical model is established,and the internal flow field simulation is carried out using Fluent. The gas solid flow in the gas solid mixing device is revealed,then the phenomenon of swirling flow is found,and the improvement measures are put forward. The simulation and comparison of the different angles of the tube and the feed angle are simulated,and the structure optimization of the gas solid mixing device is accomplished. The results show that the gas solid mixing device with 30° tube and 60° feed angle has excellent transport properties,and the structure size is used as an optimal structure parameter.
