摘要 闸底板、伸缩缝、消力池是水闸工程的关键部位。万福闸工程自1962年建成以来,大流量泄洪频繁,闸室水下结构长期经受高速水流冲刷,出现不同程度的损坏,严重影响了工程安全运用。为确保工程度汛安全,经过方案比选,决定采用自浮式气压沉柜和开口钢围堰在无水状态下对损坏部位进行水下修补。实践证明,该施工方案操作方便、直观可靠,质量易于控制,可为类似工程借鉴。 Brake plate, expansion joint and stilling basin are key parts of sluice project.Wanfuzha Project was established in 1962.Large flow discharge is frequent, lock chamber underwater structure suffers from high speed water scouring for long term.Damages at different degrees are produced, thereby seriously affecting the safe application of the project.It is determined that self-floating barometric buoy and open steel cofferdam are adopted for underwater repair on damaged parts under anhydrous state in order to ensure flood control safety of the project through scheme comparison.Practice shows that the construction plan can be operated conveniently.It is intuitive and reliable,and the quality can be easily controlled, which can be used as reference for similar projects.
