摘要 长距离输水工程中调流阀承担着控制和调节流量的重要责任,因此过流特性对准确操作调流阀非常重要。本文根据自动化系统所采集的数据,运用阀门的压力流量关系理论,经分析计算得到调流阀过流特性曲线簇,并研究定压输水时,调流阀阀门开度与流量的关系。结果表明:当压差固定时,调流阀阀门开度越大,阻力系数越小,过流量越大;但阀门开度与过流量并非线性关系,而是存在一个转折点,当阀门开度大于这个转折点时,阀门开度与过流量接近线性关系。本文为长距离输水工程流量控制的运行管理提供了准确有效的理论基础。 Flow regulating valve in long-distance water conveyance project has important liability of controlling and regulating flow capacity.Therefore, overflow characteristics are very important to accurately operate the flow regulating valve.In the paper, valve pressure flow relation theory is applied for obtaining overflow characteristic curve family through analysis and calculation according to the data collected by automation system.The relationship between flow regulating valve openness and flow capacity during water conveyance under fixed pressure is studied.The results show that when the pressure difference is fixed, the flow regulating valve openness is larger, resistance coefficient is smaller, and overflow is larger.However, the valve openness and overflow do not form linear relationship.There is a turning point.When the valve openness is larger than the turning point, valve openness and overflow are closer to the linear relationship.The paper provides accurate and effective theory basis for the operation and management of long-distance water conveyance project flow control.
