摘要
提高软土地基上底板面层钢筋保护层厚度合格率,是保证工程施工质量、工程结构安全、使用性能的重要因素。针对合格率偏低的问题,QC小组通过对建设于软土地基上的杨林船闸工程底板开展现状调查,确定要因,并制定相应的对策后,明显提高了钢筋保护层合格率,有效解决了问题。
Improvement of reinforced protective layer thickness percent of pass on soft soil foundation bottom surface layer is an important factor to ensure the quality of engineering construction, engineering structure safety and application performance.QC team investigates current situation on Yanglin Ship Lock Project bottom board constructed on soft soil foundation, reasons are determined, corresponding countermeasures are formulated aiming at the problems of lower percent of pass, thereby prominently improving the percent of pass in reinforced protective layer, and solving problems effectively.
