公安大数据背景下的侦查思维考量

当前,为确保社会治安的有效管控和各类案件破获的质量与效率,公安大数据建设得到了前所未有的重视,大数据、大数据技术及相关高科技设备被植入公安执法活动,一大批技术人才也进入到各级公安机关并适时介入到社会治安管控和案件侦破工作中,使公安机关的执法效率与执法质量均得到了较大幅度的提高,执法成本明显降低,执法成效显著。这是顺应经济社会发展的必然趋势,也是迎接新时期公安执法工作挑战的有力举措。面对公安大数据背景下侦查工作的新常态,侦查思维将如何重新定位,如何与大数据、大数据技术进行有机融合,是侦查员乃至侦查思维理论及实践研究者必须直面的课题。

Nowadays, building big data of public security has gained unprecedented attention for ensuring effective ct^ntrol of social security and the quality and efficiency of various types of cases, with big data and big data thechnology avid relevant high-tech equipment planted into public security law enforcement. A large number of technical talents have also entered into public security organs at all levels and timely intervented into the social security control and case detection work, greatly improving the quality and efficiency of law enforcement and reducing costs of enforcement. This is in line with the inevitable trend of economic and social development, but also to meet the challenges of the new era of vigorous enforcement of public： security law enforcement.
