摘要
大数据侦查模式是近年来我国侦查模式演进的最新表现,其所蕴含的侦查行动逻辑立基于海量数据的云计算技术,并以预测性功用为侦查人员所钟爱。数据的相关性关系是此种侦查模式的分析核心,其有别于传统侦查注重确定性因果关系的分析思路和行动指向。确定性因果关系分析存在自身局限,而相关性分析恰好可以补足此中缺憾。
The big data investigation mode is the latest performance of evohution of investigation mode in China, whose investigation is based on massive data cloud computing technology and predictive function is favored by investigalurs. Relativity relations of data is the analyzing focus of this investigation mode, that is different from the traditional investigation which emphasize the thinking way and action guidance of deterministic causality. Deterministic causality has its limitation and relativity analysis just can make up it. This article suggests that taking comhination of machine language and natural language as a start to change thinking way and combine relativity connections in cases with proving process of criminal litigation.
