摘要
在犯罪现场靠肉眼发现潜在生物物证比较困难,特别是那些现场清洗过的血迹、精斑、唾液、汗液肉眼更是难以发现,而现有的刑侦光源在便携性、准确性上存在不足。而使用荧光分光光度计200nm—850nm激发光,以上4种体液能够发生固有荧光光谱响应,将其应用于现场勘查可有助于发现潜在物证。
It is difficuh to identify" potential biological material evidence by the naked eyes at crime scene, especially those cleaned blood or semen stains, saliva, sweat. There are some shortcomings, however, in the existing forensic light on portahility and accuracy.Using fluorescence spectrophotometer by 200 nm - 850 nm excitation light, the above four types of hotly fluids can occur intrinsic fluorescence spectral response, with application to site investigation to contriht,te to find potential material evidence.
