浅析中国与巴基斯坦开展反恐合作的缘由及实现路径

Reasons and Achieving Paths of China's Cooperation with Pakistan on Anti-terrorism

中国与巴基斯坦都面临着来自恐怖主义的威胁与挑战,携手打击恐怖主义对于维护中巴两国国内社会秩序的稳定和国家的长治久安具有非常重要的意义。通过分析中国与巴基斯坦目前所面临的恐怖主义现状,以理清中巴进行反恐合作的缘由,探究开展反恐合作的路径。在中巴互利互信的基础上,通过为巴基斯坦提供资金上的援助,建立中巴反恐合作机制与反恐合作平台以及加强军队与警方的交流与合作,中国就能够与巴基斯坦建立有效的反恐合作,进而解决两国目前所面临的反恐工作难题。

Both of China and Pakistan are facing the threat and challenge of terrorism, so it is of great importance to fight against terrorism for maintaining the stability of both countries＇ domestic social order and long-term stability. By analyzing the current situation of terrorism faced by China and Pakistan, reasons of mutual cooperation have to be clarified and cooperating paths of anti-terrorism have to be explored. Based on mutual trust between the two countries, throught building cooperating mechanism and platform of anti-terrorism, strengthening communication and coopertation between army and police. China can build effective coopertation with Pakistan on terrorism so as to solve problems of anti-terrorism work both of the countries are facing.
