警察应对方式现状研究——以重庆为样本

Study on the Current Situation of Police Coping Styles:Taking Chongqing as an Example

该研究使用问卷调查考察了重庆警察的应对方式现状,结果表明:重庆警察应对方式以积极应对为主,但也存在一定程度的消极应对;不同性别、警龄、工作年限、警种、行政职务、年总收入的警察在积极与消极应对方式上并不存在显著差异;不同年龄、警衔、文化程度的警察在积极或消极应对方式上存在显著差异。

This research uses a questionnaire to study the current situation of police coping styles in Chongqing. The resuhs show： the coping styles of policemen in Chongqing is mainly positive, but there is also a certain degree of negative coping styles; there＇ s no obvious differences between positive and negative coping styles among the policemen with different sexes, police ages, years of services, police species, administrative duties and total annual revenue; there＇ s obvious differences between positive and negative coping styles among the policemen with different ages, police ranks, and educational level.
