餐厨垃圾厌氧消化接种物驯化过程中微生物群落多样性的变化 被引量:2

摘要 为研究不同浓度磷酸盐和不同投料密度对餐厨垃圾厌氧消化接种物驯化过程中微生物群落多样性变化的影响,在中温(35±1℃)条件下,分别添加磷酸盐680,1 360,2 720 mg/L,每天分别投料0.5,1.0 g和2.0 g餐厨垃圾驯化接种物,采用Illumina高通量测序技术研究不同驯化阶段的微生物多样性。结果表明:通过投加磷酸盐和餐厨垃圾驯化接种物可以提高接种物中微生物群落多样性,且有助于形成适应降解餐厨垃圾的微生物群落。微生物群落多样性随着驯化过程逐渐地改变,磷酸盐的浓度和餐厨垃圾的投料密度可显著影响微生物群落多样性,其中投加1 360 mg/L的磷酸二氢钾,且每天投料1.0 g,驯化到第8~16 d时,接种物能维持系统稳定,且含有相对高的微生物多样性。 To investigate the effect of different adding quomodo of food waste and different phosphate concentration during acclimation on the variation of microbial community diversity. The sludge were acclimated by adding 680 mg/L, 1360 mg/L and 2 720 mg/L of KH2PO4, and 0.5 g/d, 1.0 g/d and 2.0 g/d of food waste, respectively under mesophilic temperature (35±1℃). MiSeq Illumina high throughput sequencing was used to analyze the microbial community diversity. The result showed that acclimation with addition of food waste and phosphate can improve microbial community diversity and contribute to form microbial community which can degrade food waste. With acclimation process, microbial community diversity gradually change to adapt new environment. The phosphate concentration and the feeding density can significantly affect microbial community diversity. When adding 1.0 g food waste per day and 1 360 mg/L KH2PO4 and duration of 8th to 16th, the inoculum can maintain stable operation and relatively high microbial community diversity.
