摘要
因偏钒酸镁在化工、新型材料、光电领域有着重要的用途,通过探索研究精钒渣、偏钒酸铵、五氧化二钒分别与镁盐反应制备偏钒酸镁的可行性,使用偏钒酸铵和镁盐反应能制取得到含偏钒酸镁的溶液,将其蒸发浓缩待溶液饱和析出得到偏钒酸镁晶体。试验结果表明,偏钒酸铵与六水氯化镁按摩尔比2:1混合溶于水中,加热至70-80℃,待溶液充分反应后过滤,将滤液低温蒸发可得偏钒酸镁结晶。
Because magnesium metavanadate has important applications in chemical industry, new materials and opto-electronic field, through exploring and researching the feasibility that fine vanadium slag, ammonium metavanadate, vanadium pentoxide react with magnesium salt respectively to prepare magnesium metavanadate, it can get the liquor containing magnesium metavanadate by making vanadium and magnesium ammonium react. By evaporating and concentrating its solution, the crystal of magnesium is obtained until the liquor is saturated. The results show that ammonium metavanadate and magnesium chloride hexahydrate at a molar ratio of2:1mixture is dissolved in water. To heat the solution to70~80℃until thoroughly reaction, then filtrating it, magnesium metavanadate crystallization is available after low temperature evaporation.
