Study on Relationship between Standard Internationalization and International Standardization

为推进中国铁路技术标准"走出去"发展战略,从不同角度分析标准国际化和国际标准化这2个概念的内涵、异同及相互联系,总结标准国际化可选择的基本策略与路径。在此基础上,提出目前开展中国铁路技术标准国际化工作的具体建议。

To promote the＂going out＂development strategy for the railway technical standards available in China.This article analyses the connotation,similarities ＆ differences and correlation of these two concepts such as stan-dard internationalization and international standardization from different angles. It summarizes the basic strategy andapproach optional for standard internationalization. Based on this,this article makes specific suggestions for interna-tionalizing the railway technical standards available in China.
