摘要
针对广巴线DF_(4B)型内燃机车紧急制动时全车轮对踏面擦伤的现象,通过计算整车制动力和粘着力,分析其原因为整车闸瓦制动力太大,出现轮对抱死滑行。在提高机车撒砂装置日常维护水平的前提下,采取将原用高摩合成闸瓦更换为高磷铸铁闸瓦的对策,以降低闸瓦制动力。计算更换闸瓦后列车的紧急制动距离,证明紧急制动距离符合规程要求。1年多的实际应用情况表明,对策有效可行。
With a view to flat sliding caused by all wheels during an emergency brake of a DF4B Bdiesel locomotivealong the Guangyuan-Bazhong Railway Line,by calculating the braking force and adhesive force of the whole vehi-cle, the cause is analyzed to be the excessive braking force of brake shoe,which results in locked wheelset slip. Onthe premise of improving the routine maintenance level of the locomotive sanding apparatus,it can lower the brakingforce of brake shoe by replacing the existing high friction composite brake shoe with a high phosphorous cast iron one.By calculating the emergency brake distance upon the replacement,it can prove that the emergency brake distancecan meet the technical specifications. The practical application that has been made for over one year indicates that,such a countermeasure is effective and feasible.
