盐酸二甲双胍对嗜热链球菌生长曲线的影响

Effects of metformin hydrochloride on the growth curve of Streptococcus thermophilus

目的研究盐酸二甲双胍对嗜热链球菌生长曲线的影响。方法用比浊法测定嗜热链球菌在含盐酸二甲双胍的MRS液体培养基中的OD600值。结果最佳培养药液浓度为15.625μg·m L-1。与空白对照组相比,嗜热链球菌在含盐酸二甲双胍的MRS液体培养基中生长曲线的延迟期、对数生长期和平台期的OD600均大。结论盐酸二甲双胍可以促进嗜热链球菌的生长,为进一步研究盐酸二甲双胍对乳酸菌生长的影响和其不良反应的相关性提供试验依据。

Objective To investigate the effects of mefformin hydroehloride on the growth curve of Streptococcus thermophilus.Methods A turhidimetric method for the determination of Streptococcus thermophilus medium OD600 value was adopted in the MRS liquid containing metformin hydrochloride. Results The optimum culture liquid concentration was 15.625 g · mL^-1. Compared with the blank control group, Streptococcus thermophilus in MRS liquid containing mefformin hydrochloride medium growth curve of delay period,logarithmic phase and plateau phase of OD600 were high.Conclusion Metformin hydrochloride can promote the growth of Streptococcus thermophilus, to provide experimental basis for further study of correlation effect of metformin hydrochloride on the growth of lactic acid bacteria and its adverse reaction.
