基于复数域五点回归的负序电压责任分摊定量评估

摘要 三相不平衡源引起的公共连接点处母线电压不对称是供电部门关注的主要电能质量问题之一,并以电压(电流)不平衡度作为电能质量考核指标。为了量化各个负荷单独在电网公共连接点处引起的三相不平衡电压大小,首先给出了三相不平衡责任的定义;其次,由于计算负序电压责任的关键是准确估算系统等效的负序阻抗,提出了复数域线性回归的五点细分法,即以五个采样数据为一组进行复数域线性回归。根据误差限值筛选出各个分组中回归的负序阻抗参数,并求取平均值,进而求得系统等效负序阻抗和背景负序电压,算例验证了此方法的可行性。 Three phase unbalanced source causing bus voltage asymmetry at the common connection point is one of the main power quality problems by the power supply department, and using the voltage (current) unbalance de- gree as the power quality assessment indicators. In order to quantify each three-phase load caused unbalanced volt- age size at bus, the definition of three phase unbalanced responsibility was first presented. Second, due to the cal- culation of negative sequence voltage responsibility is the key to accurate estimation system equivalent negative se- quence impedance. Five point subdivision method was presented in complex field linear regression, in five sampling data into a set of complex linear regression. According to the error limit of screening out the negative sequence im- pedance parameters in each group, and calculate the average value, then getting the system equivalent negative se- quence impedance and the background negative sequence voltage. The example verifies feasibility.
