摘要
针对溢流阀在线检测系统中,先导阀芯材料的选择问题,首先从阀芯材料必须满足电涡流传感器检测条件和符合力学设计要求两个方面出发,分析了传感器的变压器型等效电路和阀芯的力学载荷特性。借助有限元法,得到了四种不同阀芯材料时,传感器线圈阻抗随检测距离变化的规律,以及阀芯上应力和位移的分布规律,研究了阀芯疲劳特性与弹簧预紧力之间的关系。最后对比选取了合适的阀芯材料。结果表明,磁性材料不锈钢和灰铸铁不满足传感器检测的条件,铝合金材料不满足阀芯的力学性能的设计要求,而紫铜材料两方面性能均满足要求,溢流阀在线检测系统中先导阀芯更适合选用紫铜材料。
Aiming at selecting the material of the pilot valve core in the on-line detecting system of relief valve is performed,Firstly,the two aspects of the testing condition of the eddy current sensor and the mechanical design demand were proposed. The transformer type equivalent circuit of sensor and the loading performance of valve core were analyzed in details. Secondly,the relationship between the coil impedance and detecting distance,and the distribution law of valve core stress and deformable,and the relationship between the life and safety factor of valve core and spring preload were obtained under four different valve core materials by finite element method. Finally,the material of valve core was selected by comparing the conclusion. The following conclusion is derived: the magnetic materials stainless steel and gray cast iron do not meet the sensor detecting condition. And aluminum alloy does not meet the valve core design requirement of mechanical property. However,two aspects performance of red copper do meet the requirements. So red copper is selected as the design material of pilot valve core in the relief valve on-line detection system.
