摘要 FAST馈源支撑系统结构复杂,在进行馈源支撑塔的结构设计时,充分考虑馈源支撑塔的振动对馈源舱的控制带来的影响,要求馈源支撑塔的固有频率处于1 Hz以内。以模态分析理论和有限元方法为基础,使用Ansys对馈源支撑塔进行仿真,计算前三阶固有频率。通过仪器对六座支撑塔的固有频率进行测试,比较和分析前三阶固有频率的计算值与试验值,以对支撑塔的刚度进行检验和评估。 The structure of FAST feed support system is complicated,so the influence to the cabin control which are brought by the vibration of the feed supporting towers are fully considered during the structural design. The natural frequency of the feed supporting towers are expected at less than 1 Hz. The modal analysis theory and finite element method as the foundation,use ANSYS to simulate the feed supporting towers and calculate the first three natural frequencies. Use instruments to test the natural frequency of six towers,compare with and analyze the calculated values and the tested values in order to evaluate the stiffness of the supporting towers.
