4,4'5,5'-四硝基-2,2'-联咪唑盐的合成与表征

摘要 以乙二醛和乙酸铵为初始原料,经加成、硝化获得4,4',5,5'-四硝基2,2'-联咪唑,最后通过中和反应获得肼盐、羟胺盐、胍盐。对其采用红外、元素分析、核磁共振氢谱进行结构表征,利用DSC测定其热稳定性;并计算了其爆炸性能。结果表明,肼盐、羟胺盐、胍盐的总得率均在21%左右,分解温度分别为222、202、320℃;爆速分别为8 454、8 370、7 810 m/s;爆压分别为30、31、24 GPa。 The synthesis was started from glyoxal and ammonium acetate. The target salts have been synthesized through addition reaction and double replacement reaction. The salts were characterized IR,EA and ~1H NMR. The thermal stability was tested by DSC. The explosive property has also been calculated. The results suggested that the total yield of the salts was 21%,the decomposition temperature of hydrazinium salt,hydroxylaminium salt and guanidnium salts were 222,202,320 ℃. The detonation velocity of the salts was 8 454,8 370,7 810 m / s. The CJ pressure of the salts 30,31,24 GPa.
