景观规划的价值变迁——战略规划与城市设计两种视角下的分析

The Value Evolution of Landscape Planning:Two Perspectives of Strategic Planning and Urban Design

资本全球化扩张导致景观空间的政治经济属性凸显,同时也推动了景观规划范式的演进。新的景观规划范式打破景观生态规划应对环境问题而被迫"管理自然"的规划方式,逐渐从防御性的规划演变为主动性规划、从理性规划演变为协作式规划、从静态规划演变为动态规划。广东东莞大岭山镇在景观战略规划与城市设计两个层面的实践是对景观规划价值变迁的初步探索。其在景观战略层面强调构建具有可操作性的战略规划框架,而在城市设计层面强调差异化、复杂、多元的景观空间设计方法。

The expansion of capital globalization leads to the clarity of the political and economic attributes of landscape space, while promoting the evolution of landscape planning paradigm. The new landscape planning paradigm breaks the landscape ecological planning paradigm which was forced to naturally manage environmental problems, and gradually evolves from the defensive planning to initiative planning, from rational planning to collaborative planning, and from static to dynamic way. The strategic landscape planning and urban design practice in Dalingshan town of Dongguan are a preliminary exploration of the value evolution of landscape planning. This exploration emphasizes building strategic landscape planning framework for maneuverability in a strategic level, and for differentiated, complex, and diverse landscape space design methods at the urban design level.
