Architect POE in Yin Xu Museum

针对国内建筑设计中偏离实用和理性的现象,在吴硕贤院士的使用后评价理论的基础上,通过与崔愷院士团队密切合作,对建筑师POE,即建筑师对建成使用的具体项目进行回访所做的使用后评价(Post Occupancy Evaluation,简称建筑师POE)进行了相关方法改进与实践应用研究。改进后的建筑师POE不仅成为对建成项目进行设计验证的反馈闭环环节,而且成为建筑师核心创作业务的有效支持工具。建筑师POE累积博物馆循证设计"实证"的实践,为国内建筑设计回归实用和理性进行了有益探索。

In view of the phenomenon of deviation from practicality and rationality in the field of domestic architectural design, this article is about a study of the improvement of method and practice and application of the Architect POE （Post Occupancy Evaluation） by close cooperation with Academician Cui Kai team, based on Academician Wu Shuo-xian＇s POE theory. With the method improvement, Architect POE is not only a feedback loop for the design verification of built projects, but also an effective support tool of core creative business. The practice of Architect POE accumulates the ＂evidence＂ of museum EBD （Evidence-Based Design） and is useful for the return of practicality and rationality in the field of domestic architectural design.
