甲状腺功能减退与孕妇不良孕史的相关性研究

Thyroid dysfunction associated with adverse pregnancy history

目的研究甲状腺功能减退与不良孕史的相关性及孕期甲状腺功能减退筛查的意义。方法选择2010年6月1日至2011年6月1日期间在我院妇产微创中心不孕不育诊室就诊的生育年龄的妇女共486例,采用电化学发光法(ECLIA)进行甲状腺功能(TSH、FT4、TPOAb)测定。结果不良孕史中甲状腺功能减退所占比例明显高于无不良孕史组;亚临床甲状腺功能低下在临床上发生率相对较高。结论甲状腺功能减退与不良孕史有明显的相关性;重视亚临床甲状腺功能低下的发生;进行孕期甲状腺功能筛查很有必要性。

Objective：To investigate the hypothyroidism associated with adverse pregnancy history and the relationship between zhe thyroid function duringpregnancy to decline screening significance. Methods：From June 1,2010 to June 1,2011,in our hospital outpatient women of childbearing age in aii 486 cases,using electrochemical luminescence method（ECLIA）for thyroid function hormone series（TSH,FT4,TPOAb）determination. Results：Adverse pregnancy history of hypothyroidism proportion is obviously high. Conclusion：Hypothyroidism is associated with adverse pregnancy history have significant correlation;attention to subclinical hypothyroidism;thyroid function screening during pregnancy is necessary.
