2010年-2015年北京市某医院675对双胎出生缺陷分析

675 twins birth defects analysis in one hospital in Beijing between 2010-2015

目的回顾分析北京市某医院2010年~2015年双胎出生缺陷监测数据,为更进一步了解双胎出生缺陷情况提供参考。方法按照北京市出生缺陷监测工作手册的要求,进行出生缺陷监测,回顾分析2010年~2015年分娩的双胎出生缺陷儿的资料。结果共发现了87例出生缺陷儿,5年双胎出生缺陷总发生率6.4%。监测的出生缺陷中最常见的是先天性心脏病,其次是多指（趾）,尿道下裂,出生缺陷组试管婴儿、脐带异常比例大于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论进一步加强对双胎孕产妇,特别是试管婴儿双胎的产前管理,降低双胎新生儿出生缺陷的发生,提高出生人口素质。

Objective：To analyze the twin birth defect monitoring data in the past five years of our hospital,and provide reference for the future work of twin birth defects monitoring. Methods：To make a retrospectively analysis on the materials of birth defects infants of pregnancy in our hospital,and conducted birth defects monitoring according to the requirements of ＂Beijing Birth Defects Monitoring Work Book＂. Results：Birth defect infants were recorded,the incidence rate of twins birth defect of from 2010 to 2015 was 6.4%.The highest incidence of birth defect was congenital heart disease,multi finger（toe）,hipospadias,the proportion of IVF-ET in birth defects group was higher（P〈0.05）. Conclusions：To strengthen the monitoring quality of twins birth defects,especially the IVF-ET twins,can we decrease the incidence of birth defects of twins and improve the population quality.
