产前超声检查应用于92例胎儿透明隔腔诊断的临床价值分析

目的综合分析产前超声检查应用于92例胎儿透明隔腔（camera septi pellucidi,CSP）诊断的临床价值,为治疗CSP胎儿提供科学的数据参考。方法选取在我院2014年10月-2016年3月收治的CSP缺如胎儿临床资料92例作为实验组,再选取2014年10月~2016年3月收治的CSP正常胎儿90例作为对照组。采用SPSS20.0统计学软件进行统计学分析实验组与对照组两组胎儿的中枢神经系统畸形发生率、CSP宽度正常值与孕周相关性。结果实验组中枢神经系统畸形发生率为100.00%（92/92,34例前脑无裂畸形、26例胼胝体发育不全、17例双侧侧脑室重度积水、15例DANDY-WALKER畸形）,对照组中枢神经系统畸形发生率为1.11%（1/90,1例脑积水）,观察组中枢神经系统畸形发生率远远高于对照组（P〈0.05）;CSP正常值为（5.58±1.69）mm,根据胎儿孕周分组,线性回归分析结果显示,CSP宽度与胎儿孕周无显著相关性（P〉0.05）。结论产前超声检查应用于92例胎儿CSP缺如诊断的临床价值比较高。

Objective：Comprehensive analysis of prenatal ultrasound was applied to 92 cases of fetal septum pellucidum cavity（camera septi pellucidi,CSP）in the diagnosis of the clinical value of,provide scientific data for CSP fetal treatment reference. Methods：Selected in our hospital in October 2014-March 2016 fetal clinical data 92 cases of CSP is absent as experimental group,then select in October 2014-March 2016 CSP normal fetal 90 cases as control group. Using SPSS20.0 statistical software for statistical analysis of the experimental group and control group two groups the incidence of fetal central nervous system abnormalities,CSP width normal correlation with gestational age. Results：The incidence of central nervous system abnormalities was 100.00%（92/92,34 cases of holoprosencephaly,26 cases of corpus callosum hypoplasia,17 patients with bilateral severe water,15 cases of lateral ventricle DANDY-WALKER malformation）and control group in the central nervous system abnormalities incidence was 1.11%（1/90,1 cases with hydrocephalus）,central nervous system abnormalities observed group is much higher than the control group（P〈0.05）;CSP normal（5.58 ＋ 1.69）mm,according to the fetal gestational age groups,linear regression analysis results show that the width of CSP and fetal gestational age had no significant correlation（P〉0.05）. Conclusion：Prenatal ultrasound was applied to 92 cases of the clinical value of diagnosing fetal CSP is absent.
