IVF-ET治疗后发生生化妊娠的相关因素分析

Analysis of related factors associated with biochemical pregnancy after IVF-ET treatment

目的探讨经体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)治疗后发生生化妊娠的相关因素。对象选择2011年4月至2015年4月在我中心行IVF-ET治疗后发生生化妊娠的49例患者作为病例组(生化组);对照组为IVF-ET治疗后有活产的100例患者(活产组)。方法回顾性分析两组患者的临床资料,比较两组间各暴露因素的发生情况。结果女方年龄、取卵日内膜类型与生化妊娠发生的相关回归系数均>0(P<0.05);优胚率、移植胚胎数、移植后第4天E2值与生化妊娠发生的相关回归系数均<0(P<0.05)。结论 IVF-ET治疗周期,女方年龄,取卵日内膜类型是生化妊娠发生的危险因素;优胚率、移植胚胎数、移植后第4天E2值是生化妊娠发生的保护因素。

Objective：To investigate the related factors associated with biochemical pregnancy after in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer（IVF-ET）treatment. Subjects 49 patients of biochemical pregnancy after IVF-ET treatment in our center from April 2011 to April 2015 were selected as the case group（biochemical group）,and 100 patients with live birth after IVFET treatment were arranged into control group（live birth group）. Methods：Clinical datas of two groups were retrospectively analyzed,and each of the exposed factors of the two groups were compared. Results：The regression coefficients between the female age and the type of endometrium on taking eggs day and biochemical pregnancy were greater than 0（P〈 0.05）,which indicated the positive correlation. While the regression coefficients between high quality embryo rate,number of embryos transferred,E2 values on fourth day after transplanting and biochemical pregnancy were less than 0（P〈 0.05）,which indicated the negative correlation. Conclusions：During IVF-ET treatments,female age and type of endometrium on the day taking eggs were the risk factors of biochemical pregnancy. And high quality embryo rate,number of embryos transferred,E2 values on fourth day after transplanting were the protective factors to avoid the occurrence of biochemical pregnancy.
