摘要
采用非相干光作为光源,空间光调制器(SLM)和CCD组成非相干干涉仪作为全息记录模块,结合物镜搭建了非相干同轴数字全息显微成像系统。采用该系统对分辨率板成像,实现了512lp/mm的空间分辨率,并对系统放大率进行了标定。用草本植物茎横切细胞作为测试样品,完成了生物细胞显微观察实验,将数字全息显微术的应用范围从相干光扩展到了非相干光领域,推进非相干数字全息显微术的应用研究。
In this paper,combined with the microscope objective (MO), the digital holographic microscopy imaging system is established, in which the incoherent light is used as the light source,and the spatial light modulator (SLM) and the charge coupled device (CCD) composes the incoherent interferencer for recording holograms.We use this system to experiment on the re solving power test target (USAF),and get a high quality reconstructed image with the highest s patial resolution of 512lp/mm.In addition, the magnification of this optical system is calibrated.Next,with the herbs ste m crosscut cells as the test sample,we carry out the experiment of microscopic observation of bi ological cells, thus the digital holographic microscopy applications are extended from the coher ent light field to the incoherent light field,promoting the practical application of incoherent digital holographic microscopy.
