我国护理服务价格相关研究分析

Analysis of the relevant research in nursing service price in our country

目的:探讨2000—2015年我国护理服务价格相关研究文献资料,了解护理人员在该领域的研究状况及存在问题,为护理服务价格的研究提供参考。方法:利用中国期刊全文数据库、万方数据库和中国生物医学文献数据库对相关文献进行检索,建立数据库对文献年度变化、地区分布、期刊分布、主题等的计量学分析。结果:共纳入文献219篇,分别发表在94种期刊上;其中广东、上海、江苏、浙江、北京五省市发文较多(128篇,占58.44%);《护理研究》、《中国实用护理杂志》、《中国护理管理》、《护理学杂志》和《护理学报》刊文较多(59篇,26.94%);219篇文献的文献合作度为2.79,文献合著率为73.06%。结论:国内关于护理服务价格的研究日益受到护理管理者及研究人员的重视;护理实际成本核算,护理服务收费与护士劳务价值在临床工作中的现状及存在问题是当前研究的热点。

Objective： To explore the related literatures on the nursing service price in our country from 2000 to 2015 and understand the research situation and existing problems in the field of nursing staff to provide a reference for the research of nursing service price. Methods： The relevant literatures were retrieved with China Journal Full-text Database, Wanfang Database and China Biomedical Literature Database and a database was established for bibliometric analyses of the annual changes of literatures, regional distributions, journal distributions, subjects and so on. Results： A total of 219 papers published in 94 journals were searched out. Among them, five provinces and municipalities of Guangdong, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Beijing issued more papers （128 papers, accounting for 58.44%）. More papers were published in Nursing Research, Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing, Chinese Nursing Management, Journal of Nursing Science and Nursing Management Magazine （59 papers, 26.94%）. Among all these papers, literature cooperation degree was 2.79 and co-authored rate 73.06%. Conclusion： More and more attention has been paid on domestic research of the nursing service price by the nursing managers and researchers. The current situation and existing problems of nursing practice cost accounting, nursing service charge and nurse labor value in clinical work are the current research hotspots.
