小儿急性喉炎50例临床治疗

Clinical treatment of acute laryngitis in 50 children

目的:分析小儿急性喉炎的临床治疗效果,进一步优化该病症的治疗措施。方法:选取2015年1月—2016年1月收治的急性喉炎患儿50例,随机分为观察组和对照组各25例。两组均给予常规治疗,对照组同时给予塞米松治疗,观察组给予布地奈德混悬液雾化治疗。分别比较两组疗效、症状改善及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为92%(23/25),高于对照组的74%(18/25,P<0.05)。对照组的喘鸣音、声嘶、咳嗽、呼吸困难等评分高于观察组(P<0.05),声嘶、咳嗽、呼吸困难等的消失时间亦明显高于观察组(P<0.05)。对照组不良反应率为15.0%(9/25),观察组为3.3%(2/25),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规治疗急性喉炎患儿时联合应用布地奈德混悬液雾化治疗可以明显提高治疗效果,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective： To analyze the clinical treatment effects of acute laryngitis in children to further optimize the treatment measures of the disease. Methods： A total of 50 cases of acute laryngitis in children were selected from Jan. 2015 to Jan, 2016 and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with 25 cases each. The two groups were given conventional therapy, and at the same time the control group was given dexamethasone therapy and the observation group budesonide suspension liquid treatment. The treatment effect, improvement of symptoms and occurrence of adverse reaction were compared between the two groups. Results： The total efficiency of the observation group was92%（23/25）, which was higher than that of the control group74%（25,P〈0.05）. The scores of wheezing, hoarseness, cough and dyspnea of the control group were higher than those of the observation group（P〈0.05）, and the disappearing times of cough, hoarseness, and dyspnea were significantly higher than those of the observation group（P〈0.05）. The adverse reaction rates of the control group and the observation group were 15%（9/25）and3.3%（2/25）, respectively and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： In the conventional treatment of acute laryngitis in children, combined application of budesonide suspension liquid can significantly improve the therapeutic effect, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
