穴位敷贴治疗癌性疼痛的研究进展

Research progress of acupoint application in the treatment of cancerous pain

癌性疼痛可见于癌症各期,也可作为癌症首发症状,尤其在进展期和终末期癌性疼痛更常见、更严重。穴位敷贴治疗癌性疼痛既能不影响胃肠道的消化吸收功能,又可避免许多药物的不良反应,并具有药物的可撤性、用药次数少等优点。近年来,穴位贴敷疗法在癌痛的治疗中日益受到临床工作者的重视。本文复习近年来穴位敷贴治疗癌性疼痛的相关文献,从穴位敷贴药物和穴位选择两方面探讨穴位敷贴治疗癌性疼痛的规律。

Cancerous pain can be seen in various stages of cancer, also be used as the first symptom of cancer and is more common and serious in the advanced and terminal phases of cancer especially. Acupoint application therapy can not affect the digestion and absorption of gastrointestinal function in the treatment of cancerous pain, and also avoid the adverse reactions of many drugs. It has the advantages of drug withdrawal and fewer times of drug usage and others. In recent years, acupoint application therapy in the treatment of cancerous pain has attracted more and more attention of medical workers. This paper reviews the literatures about the treatment of cancerous pain with acupoint application in recent years, and discusses the rules of treating cancerous pain in two aspects of drugs of acupoint application and acupoint selection.
