补肾化瘀方配合高效孕激素治疗子宫内膜不典型增生患者疗效及对错配修复蛋白表达的影响研究

Study on the effect of Bushen Huayu decoction combined with efficient progesterone on atypical hyperplasia of endometrium and on expression of mismatch repair protein

目的研究补肾化瘀方配合高效孕激素治疗子宫内膜不典型增生患者疗效及对错配修复(MMR)蛋白表达的影响。方法随机将86例子宫内膜不典型增生患者分为研究组和对照组各43例,对照组单纯采用高效孕激素进行治疗,研究组在对照组治疗基础上配合补肾化瘀方进行治疗。观察2组疗效及MMR蛋白表达的变化情况。结果研究组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),复发率显著低于对照组(P均<0.05)。2组治疗前MMR蛋白表达阳性率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),对照组治疗前后表达阳性率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),研究组治疗后表达阳性率较治疗前显著升高(P<0.05),且明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组均无不良反应发生。结论补肾化瘀方配合高效孕激素可显著提高子宫内膜不典型增生的治疗效果,降低复发率,提高MMR蛋白表达阳性率,是一种较为有效且安全的治疗方法。

Objective It is to observe the effect of Bushen Huayu decoction combined with efficient progesterone on atypical hyperplasia of endometrium and on expression of mismatch repair protein （ MMR）. Methods Eighty-six patients with atypical hyperplasia of endometrium were randomly divided into study group and control group, each group had 43 cases. The con- trol group was treated with efficient progesterone, the study group was treated with Bushen Huayu decoction combined with effi- cient progesterone. The curative effect and the changes of expression of MMR were observed in both groups. Results The total effective rate was significantly higher, while reoccurrence rate was lower in study group than that in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no significant difference in positive rate of expression of MMR between the two groups before treatment（ P 〉 0. 05 ） , no significant change of the rate was found in control group after treatment compared with that before treatment, but the rate was obviously higher in study group after treatment than that before treatment and in control group after treatment （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. There was no side effect in both groups during treatment. Conclusion Busken Huayu decoction combined with efficient progesterone could significantly improve curative effect on atypical byperplasia of endometrium, decrease reoccurrence rate, increase positive expression of MMR, it is a effective and safe therapy for this disease.
