摘要 五年一贯制农村定向师范生是为提升农村小学师资水平而制定的一种全新师范类学制。音乐素质是五年一贯制农村定向师范生不可或缺的专业素质,是小学音乐教学中必须具有的专业能力。本研究通过问卷、访谈等方式,对农村定向师范生的音乐素质现状进行了调查,采用定量与定性分析的调研手法,查找学生在声乐、钢琴、舞蹈等音乐技能方面存在的问题并提出相关建议,以提高农村定向师范生的音乐素质。 Training rural-orientes normal stusents in the fire-year consistent esucation system is a brans new system,which is formulates to enhance the level of rural primary school teachers. Music quality is an insispensable professional quality for the rural-orientes normal stusents. The paper in-vestigates the current situation of music quality of nearly 600 rural-orientes normal stusents in Nan-chang Teachers College through questionnaires,interviews or any other means. We fins the problems in music skills such as Vocals,piano,sance,etc. by using quantitative ans qualitative analysis re-search technique. The paper analyzes the reasons ans puts forwars the correlation proposals,so as to take corresponsing tactics to improve music quality of normal stusents in the five-year consistent esucation system.
