离子束介导的小麦变异材料农艺性状及生理生化指标分析

摘要 [目的]探讨离子束诱变和转基因技术在农作物诱变育种中的应用效果。[方法]利用离子束介导外源基因组DNA转化选育出一些特殊的小麦变异材料,研究在常温水培、4℃冷胁迫、聚乙二醇(PEG)逆境条件下变异材料2叶期过氧化物酶(POD)活性、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、脯氨酸(Pro)含量,以及成熟期株高、千粒重、叶绿素含量、蛋白质含量等指标的变化情况。[结果]经过离子束介导转化处理后的小麦变异系材料在各种逆境条件下生理生化指标都有变化,并且一些材料相比对照表现出良好的优越性;小麦变异系材料各农艺性状相比对照均有明显差异。[结论]离子束介导转基因技术能创造丰富的小麦变异类型。 [Objective] The aim was to explore the great application value of ion beam mutagenesis and transgenic technology in crop mutation breeding. [Method] We carried out ion beam mediated whole genome DNA into some special variation of wheat materials,and then in conditions of normal temperature water,4 ℃ cold stress and PEG stress,studied change of peroxidase( POD) activity,catalase( CAT) activity and proline( Pro) content of two-leaf variation materials,as well as the change of plant height,grain,chlorophyll content and protein content of variation materials at mature period.[Result]After dealing with the ion beam mediated transformation of wheat materials in all sorts of adversity under the condition of physiological and biochemical indexes were changed,and some material compared with contrast highlighted advantages. The agronomic traits of wheat materials compared with controls all had obvious difference.[Conclusion]The ion beam mediated transgenic technology can create rich wheat variation types.
