摘要 [目的]探讨铜绿微囊藻对轮虫种群生长的影响。[方法]先观察单一食物条件下轮虫的成活状况,再用混合食物喂养轮虫,研究混合食料中不同浓度铜绿微囊藻对轮虫种群密度的影响。[结果]单一食物条件下,褶皱臂尾轮虫以小球藻、酵母菌为食时种群持续增长,铜绿微囊藻Ⅰ组轮虫的种群密度能保持6 d以上,铜绿微囊藻Ⅱ组褶皱轮虫仅能存活4 d,而对照组轮虫能存活7 d。在混合食料的培养试验中,当轮虫处于低浓度铜绿微囊藻(1.0×10~4cells/m L)的环境时,种群密度的增长前3 d不受明显影响,第4天后轮虫种群增长受到一定抑制,而处于高浓度铜绿微囊藻(1.0×10~6cells/m L)的环境时轮虫第6天死亡。[结论]该研究结果可为今后研究微球藻对生态的影响提供参考依据。 [Objective] To discuss the effects of Microcystis aeruginosa on the population growth of Brachionus plicatilis. [Method]The survival situations of B. plicatilis under the conditions of single food were observed. Then the effects of different concentrations of M. aeruginosa in mixed food on the population density of B. plicatilis were studied.[Result] Under the conditions of single food,B. plicatilis population could maintain sustainable increase with C. vulgaris or Saccharomycete as single food. The population density of B. plicatilis in groupⅠof M. aeruginosa could be maintained for more than 6 days,but B. plicatilis in group Ⅱof M. aeruginosa could only survive for 4 days,and that in control group could survive for 7 days. In the culture under the conditions of mixed food,when the concentration of M. aeruginosa was 1. 0 × 10~4 cells/m L,the density increase of B. plicatilis population was not influenced in the first 3 days,but the density increase of B. plicatilis population was inhibited. When the concentration of M. aeruginosa was 1. 0 × 10~6 cells/m L,B. plicatilis died on the sixth day.[Conclusion]The research results can provide reference basis for studying the effects of M. aeruginosa on the ecology in future.
